Commission Work

I work as an art teacher at a local art studio and lately I've had commissions to paint many of my students. I've learned a lot about painting kids, the subtle and more gentle approach needed, in contrast to painting adults. These are all 11 x 14, oil on masonite.

Landscape Painting

Here are some landscape paintings that I did this past week. I've hardly done any landscape painting and when Matteo was in town we were able to visit La Jolla Shores and Jamul. La Jolla was ridiculously foggy that day so we captured what we could.
